PROOF APPROVAL FORM
Online proofs are made available for two weeks upon completion of the edited products. At this time clients have the ability to suggest changes. It is at the sole discretion of Rob Martin Studio to make these changes or if a fee is required for what is being asked. After two weeks (from the date the proof is delivered to client) any requested changes will incur an hourly fee of $250 per hour. Request any changes within 2 weeks of the proof being delivered to avoid definite charges.
To approve your proof, please complete and submit the form below. Once approved, your order goes to the production queue and will be delivered exactly as shown on your proof. If you request a revision after you have submitted your proof approval, we can only accommodate your revision request if we have not yet begun production on your order. You will also be required to review the revision and resubmit your Proof Approval, which may delay production and shipping of your order. Rob Martin Studio does not accept returns for approved proof errors, so be sure to carefully review and confirm that every detail on your proof is correct before approving.

Choose Font Associated with the option and what you want written (up to 3 lines of text)
Choose Matte or Pearl Paper Type
