Availability & Collections
We believe in quality over quantity and take on a limited number of events each year. This ensures you receive the highest level of service and our full attention. Rob Martin is one of the lead photographers, but we also have a team of associate photographers and cinematographers who will ensure everything goes perfectly on your special day.
How many Photographers & Cinematographers do you need?
We can capture all of the main formalities with just one photographer and one cinematographer, but there are many reasons to have additional shooters on your wedding day. If you're getting ready at two different locations, if you have more than 100 guests, or if candid and reaction shots are particularly important to you, we highly recommend having second shooters for each service.
What to Expect on Your Wedding Day
We start your day by capturing the little details—rings, invitations, florals, and the excitement of getting ready. From there, we move into family portraits and other key moments, depending on your schedule.
If you're planning a first look (where you see each other before the ceremony), we'll photograph that emotional moment, followed by romantic couple portraits, bridal party photos, and family group shots.
If your ceremony takes place first, we’ll simply capture these same portraits afterward.
To make sure we don’t miss anything important, we’ll discuss any special family or group photo combinations when planning your timeline. And if your wedding has unique features or moments—cultural traditions, surprise performances, or anything meaningful to you—please let us know in advance. We want to make sure every part of your story is beautifully preserved.
What Are Your Deliverables, and How Long Does It Take to Receive Them?
Photography
You’ll receive a beautiful online gallery of your fully edited wedding photos. We shoot in RAW format and custom-edit each image before delivering them in high-resolution JPEG format. All images can be downloaded directly from your gallery, which is shareable with family and friends. Prints can also be purchased through the gallery by you or anyone you choose to share the link with.
We offer stunning custom photo albums, which are included in many of our collections.
If your package includes two photographers for 10 hours, you can expect approximately 1,000+ photos.
Sneak peeks: Delivered within 2 weeks of your wedding.
Final gallery: Delivered within 12–14 weeks, depending on the season and our editing queue.
Cinematography
Most couples choose a package that includes both a highlight trailer and a documentary edit.
Trailer: A high-impact, emotional 3–5 minute video set to music—perfect for sharing your day with friends and family.
Documentary Edit: A longer film that includes your full ceremony and reception highlights. The length varies depending on the flow of your day but typically runs 30–45 minutes.
Raw Footage: Included in every collection.
Full-Length Wedding Film: A complete edit of your wedding day from start to finish. This is delivered as a digital download.
What’s an Engagement Shoot?
An engagement shoot is a photo session we schedule before your wedding day. It’s a great opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera. During this session, you’ll discover your best angles, and you’ll see how we work behind the lens.
Engagement shoots are fun, relaxed, and result in beautiful photos of you as a couple. These images are perfect for Save the Date cards, wedding websites, or just to celebrate this exciting time in your lives.
